During the raid we seize, bag and tag all infringing items on location and provide Law Enforcement with a witness statement meaning that the evidence is good for criminal prosecution/civil enforcement action. Not only do we collaborate on joint raid action with other brands but we can also coordinate and attend a private raid on our clients behalf. Please note, when an action is scheduled we reach out to other brands to see whether it is likely their product will be found at the same location and attempt to cost share wherever possible.
